Definitions:
D1. podPreach is operated by:

from now on referred to as ‘The Company’
D2. Any church, organisation or individual that signs up for membership with podPreach will be
from now on be referred to as ‘Member(s)’.
D3. ‘Sermon Upload’ refers to any audio file uploaded to the podPreach web site.
Conditions of podPreach Membership
1. Member agrees with clauses contained in these Terms & Conditions and agrees to abide with
them all.
2. Members are sympathetic with the Christian message in line with the teachings of Jesus Christ as
contained in the Holy Bible and agree with the following:
a) The one true God who lives eternally in three persons – the Father, the Son and the
Holy Spirit.
b) The divine inspiration and supreme authority of the Old and New Testament Scriptures,
which are the written Word of God
c) The incarnation of God’s eternal Son, the Lord Jesus Christ – born of the virgin Mary,
truly divine and truly human, yet without sin.
d) The atoning sacrifice of Christ on the cross: dying in our place, paying the price of sin
and defeating evil, so reconciling us with God.
e) The bodily resurrection of Christ, his ascension to the Father, and his reign and mediation
as the only Saviour of the world.
f) The ministry of God the Holy Spirit, who leads us to repentance, unites us with Christ
through new birth, empowers our discipleship and enables our witness.
g) The Church, the body of Christ both local and universal, the priesthood of all believers
given life by the Spirit and endowed with the Spirit’s gifts to worship God and
proclaim the gospel, promoting justice and love.
h) The personal and visible return of Jesus Christ to fulfil the purposes of God, who will
raise all people to judgement, bring eternal life to the redeemed and eternal
condemnation to the lost, and establish a new heaven and new earth.
3. File Uploading rules. The Member agrees:
i) Sermon Uploads will only be MP3 format.
ii) Image files will only be JPG (JPEG) format.
iii) That they will not upload more than 70 Sermon Uploads per year.
iv) No file(s) will be uploaded that:
a) Contain any image or language that could be considered derogatory in any way
with regard to race, sexuality, other religions, or of a sexually
explicit nature, or swearing or of an immoral nature.
b) Contain any copyright material, e.g. music etc.
c) Break the law in any way.
d) Contain viruses, spyware or any other software that may be considered harmful to
the operation of podPreach or its Members.
e) That exceeds the maximum files size as specified in the Members “Admin Area”.
4. Payment. EU Distance selling rules apply to this agreement and any subscription or
membership
can be cancelled within 7 days of placing the order. Members wishing to
cancel their membership or subscription must do so in writing to podPreach following
which they will receive a full refund. The Company’s postal address can be found at the top of
this page.
5. a) Any Member that breaches any of the terms of this agreement will be given 3 days notice
to rectify their podPreach page to make it comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to do so will lead to their membership being terminated
without further notice and the Member’s podPreach site will be deleted.
b) Any Member that breaches any of the terms of this agreement as per the aforementioned
5a more than twice will have their membership being terminated without further notice and
the Member’s podPreach site will be deleted and that Member
will be disqualified from Membership in the future.
c) Any Member that has its membership terminated subject to clauses 5a or 5b will not be
entitled to a refund of any fees paid under any circumstances.
6. Web storage. The company reserves the right to archive sermon uploads after 1 year in a form
accessible to the general public.
7. The Company reserves the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
8. These terms contain the entire agreement between the Member and the Company.
9. In the event of any dispute this agreement is governed by the laws of England.
10. Submission of a membership or subscription form means that you have read and agree to abide
by and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this document.
